I’m Patroklos Skafidas, a photographer based in Athens, Greece. At 12 I developed my first image in my father’s darkroom. I was so taken by the process that I do not remember what it was about. In 1994 I dropped a Nikon F4 a bunch of stairs and in 2001 a Canon 28-70 lens slipped my hand to the pavement.I briefly worked in a studio. I have never photographed animals, cars or landscapes. But I photographed so-so many people in different occasions. These days (years) I am working in theatre shooting plays, opera, and dance.
